Cargo Claims Recovery
Since 2016, IUC has been Türkiye's exclusive representative for cargo claims recovery, working with global law firm Clyde & Co LLP as its legal partner. Recoveries are pursued on a 'no cure, no fee' basis: no fee is charged unless the recovery succeeds.

Via IUC Claims & Consultancy, clients can draw on Clyde & Co, Ultimate Risk Solutions and United Health Global, plus the benefit|global assistance platform. We do not carry every capability in-house — we carry the relationships that do.
Broker Claims Support
As your broker, we stay involved after placement: we help notify losses, gather the information insurers and reinsurers need and follow each claim through to settlement. Claims stay with the team that placed the cover, so questions on wording and terms are answered by people who know the placement.
